Our talented chef team brings their lifelong knowledge and expertise in Mexican cuisine right to your table. From our mothers’ recipes to inspiration from travels to Mexico, we interpret traditional Jaliscan cuisine in a way native Californias have come to love!

    El Colibrí 1.5 oz. Dulce Vida Blanco 0.5 oz. Hum Botanical Liqueur 0.25 oz. Maple Syrup 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice   Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with an edible flower!
