The cuisine of TRES is inspired by the 5 different states in which Tequila is produced (Jalisco, Guanajuato, Nayarit, Michocan & Tamaulipas).

Chef Juan Martinez offers a contemporary twist to classic Mexican dishes. His travels through Mexico inspire him to be innovative while still maintaining the culture behind every dish he creates.
