Agaves used to create Tequila Olmeca Altos are milled using a 2 ton stone called a Tahona. In spanish, a grapefruit is a Toronja. This bright and refreshing cocktail combines both! Meet the Taron’a!

1.5 oz Altos Blanco

.75 oz Aperol

.25 oz Agave Nectar

1 oz Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

.5 oz Fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced wheel of grapefruit.
